Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Siegmund packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
